Everyday there is a live news broadcast throughout the school. Teachers and students watch to get updated on news and events related to the school, students, and staff. This broadcast is run by student volunteers and supervised by Mrs. Witt. Students collect the information for the broadcast: lunch menu, birthdays, weather forecast, and other information relevant to our population. We also collect items for our "Thankful for" and "Shout-outs" sections of the news cast. We love to share accomplishments of individuals or classrooms. If you have information you want to share with the school, it must be in the news room by 7:50 or it will have to wait for the next day. Once the information has been collected it is put together by students for the anchors; the anchors quickly look over the information and have a quick practice; then it is time to go live.
